Planet RFX has Moved to Paradox Servers!
Thanks goes out to Gobberwart for moving the Planet RFX website from its original web host servers to the Paradox servers. This will save us web hosting fees. So when you see Gobberwart online give him a big hardy thank you for the use of his servers and his time for moving the site over flawlessly.
Now let’s move onto some site safety issues. Some of you may have seen the forums hit with some spam a few times. This is my fault for not making a user session time out. In other words the way it was in the past was once you logged in you never got logged out unless you clicked the log out button. The way the site will work from now on is if you are idle on the site for more than an hour it will log you out. Some may find this an inconvenience but it will help us deal with the bots and keep an accurate count of active users.
Just a note if you all see any issues with the site, anything that seems like it is not working please contact me so we can get it fixed.
Thank you all for your support.

After a few weeks worth of discussion, everyone involved is extremely excited about the fact that online browser-based RPG Paradox! The Musical (www.paradoxthemusical.com) has decided to adopt Radio Free Xangaka as the preferred radio station of all Paracites!
So, what does that mean? Ohhh, all kinds of cool and exciting things. New listeners! New DJs! New prizes! More exclamation marks!!!!
It also, apparently, means that I get to post news on the planetrfx website. Ain't y'all so lucky?
Stay tuned for more details, which will be posted... as soon as we work out what they are. |
